STANDARD REHEARSAL/CEREMONY PACKAGE

2 in person consultations with the bride and groom

– obtaining information on how they want their wedding to flow – wedding party information – special touches they desire.

REHEARSAL AND DAY OF

·         An itinerary/timeline of the rehearsal and wedding day is prepared and distributed

·         Planner will attend meetings with the bride and groom as required by the venue

·         The wedding planner will coordinate with the officiate on the flow of the ceremony

·         Wedding planner will attend the rehearsal to direct the wedding party, family members and ushers as to their role in the wedding the next day.(i.e. seating, entry, etc)

·          Plan the seating chart for the wedding with the help of the bride and groom prior to the event.

·         Collection of all items needed for the set up on wedding day will take place at the rehearsal, such as candles, photographs, guest books, programs, flower girl items and ring bearer pillow.

·         Contact and confirm arrival times for all vendors on the day of wedding

·         Be available when needed.

WEDDING DAY – Ceremony venue

·         Arrive at the Ceremony venue 2 hours before the actual ceremony.

·         See that photographer is present and ready to start pictures, and that all parties needed for pictures are there and ready.

·         Set up all items that have been collected for the wedding – such as unity candle, guest book, etc.  Check to see that the venue is ready.

·         Greet vendors as they arrive and make sure that all items ordered are there, and placed properly. Distribute their final payment checks to them if

              bride and groom would like the planner to handle this for them.

·         Greet the officiate and make sure that there is a wireless mic for them.

·         Pin boutonnieres and coursages on the necessary participants.

·         Distribute the flowers and make sure that the ceremony florals are placed in the proper locations.

·         Meet with the ushers and have them at their location ½  hour prior to the start time, to seat guests.

·         Make sure that the source of the music is in place and music begins ½ hour before ceremony.

·         Prepare the family for their entrance and seating.

·         Line up the wedding party and begin the processional.

·         Prepare Bride and her escort/father for their walk down aisle – straighten her train, words of encouragement and begin them down the aisle when the music begins

·         After the ceremony, gather up all items from the wedding, check dressing rooms.

·         Make sure all things are loaded and transported.

This package will help in easing the stress of the day of the rehearsal and wedding.

It can be combined with the Reception Package to obtain a Full Package.
